OUR HISTORY
EMPSII is officially founded
The initial team was composed of the founder and his partners, although shortly thereafter the founder continued alone with the development.
- The development of Mithra culminates after two years of intense work.
- Impromptu presentation of the software at the CREG, successfully capturing the attention of the sector.
Second and third client
- CENS (Norte de Santander)
- Empresa de Energía del Bajo Putumayo (Puerto Asís) Due to the armed conflict, the contract with Putumayo is liquidated for security reasons.
Expansion of the contact network in Genercauca and Electrificadora de Santander.
Celsia becomes a client. They request a web version of Mithra, marking a point of technological evolution.
EMPSII grows to 18 collaborators.
Restructuring of internal and hiring processes.
Transition to remote work due to the pandemic.
This modality continues to this day.
- Cyberattack on IFX affects EMPSII for 2 months.
- Technological infrastructure is migrated to AWS (Amazon) and Oracle OCI.
- First ICONTEC certification.
Start of operations in Peru, with Orygen as the first client.
EMPSII consolidates its presence in Peru, incorporating more clients in the energy sector.
